REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：
1、Bachelor’s degree or above. Industrial engineering, manufacturing & mechanical engineering or manufacturing related degree.
2、Minimum 8 years’ MNC experience in manufacturing roles.
3、Lean Manufacturing certified or 6 Sigma certified experience is a must. Familiar with continuous improvement tools(MDI, Kaizen, VSM,…etc).
4、Strong problem-solving, gap analysis, presentation capability and proactive driver for continuous improvement.
5、Must be familiar with MS office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…etc.
6、Available to travel to/stay in supplier factories or global offices on demand.
7、Fluent in written and verbal English.
8、PMP certification.
9、Location:SHENZHEN/JIANGXI.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1、Regularly role model BOA’s values to your team and others . 
2、Lead, coach and develop the team.
3、Work with your direct reports to set and review performance/development goals, discuss feedback regularly throughout the year, and formally summarize during performance reviews.
4、Support BOA operations on manufacturing excellence strategy creation .
5、Lead suppliers’ manufacturing team on gaps analysis, create efficiency improvement plan and balance resources to ensure the team is positioned well towards success .
6、Lead and provide expertise for suppliers’ lean manufacturing initiatives and ensure key deliverables are achieved.
7、Work with suppliers’ manufacturing team to identify product improvement opportunities and feedback to BOA’s product team to help promote labor efficiency .
