REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS：
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, major in IE, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain related.
2、2-5 years’ MNC working experience.
3、Stay curious and strong at data analysis, process mapping, presentation capability and proactive driver for continuous improvement.
4、Must be familiar with MS office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio…etc.
5、Fluent in written and verbal English.
6、Available to travel to/stay in supplier factories or global offices on demand.
7、Lean/Six sigma certification.
8、PMP certification.
9、Location:SHENZHEN.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES：
1、Work on manufacturing efficiency data analysis across all processes to ensure clear understanding on the status about cost efficiency.
2、Create simple and effective operating model to help team address the benefits on continuous improvement activities.
3、Facilitate or lead improvement activities with cross functional teams to support our goals’ achievement.
